Information we collect

The project inquiry form collects your full name, business email address, optional company name, selected project type, estimated budget, and project details. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information in your message.

Saved inquiries also have an internal identifier, a reference, and a submission date. Authorized administrators can record private notes, read/unread state, and project status; status changes are recorded in a history. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

How we use your information

We use inquiry information to review your requirements, contact you, discuss scope and pricing, prepare proposals, and manage project discussions. The form also sends a hidden anti-spam field and elapsed form time for validation, and your email address is used to limit repeated submissions. These anti-spam fields are not saved as part of your inquiry record.

Inquiry storage and email notifications

Inquiries are saved in the website’s Lovable Cloud database. Access to inquiry records and private notes is restricted to authorized administrators; these records are not displayed on the public website.

After an inquiry is saved, the website attempts to send an owner notification using Lovable Cloud email, from notify@notify.qvisionstudio.com to qvision.creative10@gmail.com. That email includes your reference, name, email address, company (if provided), project type, budget, and project details. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so the studio can respond. This creates a separate copy of your inquiry in the owner’s Gmail mailbox. If the notification fails, the saved inquiry remains available in the private admin area.

Services used to operate the website

Lovable provides website hosting, Cloud database and authentication functionality, email sending, and error reporting. Google provides the studio’s Gmail mailbox and the fonts loaded by this website. These providers process information needed to supply their services; loading externally hosted fonts sends connection information to Google.

Technical information, such as connection data and error diagnostics, may be processed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website. Administrator sign-in uses browser storage to maintain a session. The website’s application code does not include advertising pixels or a separate visitor analytics tool. This does not mean hosting providers collect no operational data.

Retention and privacy requests

The website does not currently apply an automatic expiry period to inquiry records. Records and email copies may remain while the studio handles your inquiry and maintains related correspondence. Deleting a database record does not automatically remove email copies.

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction, or request deletion, email the studio using the address below. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information before acting on it. This policy does not promise a specific deletion deadline or make claims about legal certifications.
